Dear reader,
This week the tides were quiet here along the Aveiro canals. In the atelier, the scent of damp 320g cotton paper mingled with the pot of lavender tea I insisted on reheating three times.
Over recent nights I sculpted the first models of the little Autumnal Melo Pet — a companion in Bio-PLA eco-filament with leaf-shaped ears and a sleepy gaze. There were two test pieces during 3D printer calibration with sustainable plant-based filament, but those subtle nuances ended up inspiring botanical textures I could never have planned.
With warmth and paint on my hands,
Melo ✿
